Our event staffing team took to the streets of Shoreditch to ensure the smooth running and ultimate success of the inaugural SXSW London.

We were tasked with providing teams of highly motivated & engaged promotional performers, working across the entire SXSW London estate.

Over the course of the event, a team of 150 MOF performers oversaw the safe guidance of over 20k visitors. Covering a total of 34 x individual venues for up to 14hrs every day, over the entire 7-day period. Core roles during the event included venue marshalling, ticketing & badge registration, wayfinding & general event staffing.

MOF looked after everything from the sourcing, vetting, engaging & training all promotional performers through to daily rotas & logistics. Our production team were, of course, oh-hand each day to provide additional event control & daily support.
