Our Story

Ministry of Fun is a UK-based event staffing and experiential marketing agency, founded in 1997.

We were built on the simple belief that fun is a force that works for everyone. Now, nearly 30 years on, that belief still shapes how we think, create and deliver for our clients.

Since then, Ministry of Fun has grown into one of the UK’s most versatile event production and staffing agencies. Delivering live events & entertainment, brand activations, PR stunts, and promotional campaigns that help brands connect with people in engaging and genuinely memorable ways. From busy high streets to large-scale public installations, we bring ideas to life in ways that get people talking.

At the heart of it all are our people. Our “Ministers.”

Handpicked for their energy, professionalism and personality, they include performers, brand ambassadors, promotional staff, creatives and technical specialists. Whether they’re front and centre or working diligently behind the scenes, they know how to represent a brand with confidence. Creating memorable moments that feel human, natural and full of life.

We approach every brief with care and intent, combining creative thinking with practical know-how and a seamless delivery. This is a balance we’ve refined over decades, and is one that has helped us build decades-long client partnerships based on trust, consistency and results.

Working from our offices in London, Norfolk and Dorset, the Ministry of Fun team delivers successful campaigns across the UK and beyond. Along the way, we’ve broken 12 Guinness World Records (so far!) and even been the subject of a Channel 4 documentary. Achievements we’re incredibly proud of.

What matters most though is how we work. We’re collaborative, approachable and we like to think that we’re pretty easy to get along with too. We bring positive energy to each and every project. Because when the process is enjoyable the results are better too, and that’s what Ministry of Fun has always been about.
