The MOF Performer Awards

These started out as a bit of an in-joke, and an excuse to have a bit of banter with the performers. Over time it evolved into a genuine opportunity to highlight and celebrate the wonderful work so many of them do.

They are the best of the best and we are stupidly proud and grateful to each and every one.

Each year during our Performer Party, we give out several awards to celebrate the wonderful people who work for us. It’s extremely tough as there are so many amazingly talented people to choose from.

A massive thank you to everyone that voted for the performers’ choice award – shout out to all the nominees, it was a very close vote as you are all so brilliant.

Here are this year’s well deserved winners…

“THE LARRY”

Larry Parnell’s prestigious award for those who have given an outstanding performance on a job.

WINNER: Justine Andrews

Justine’s versatility knows no bounds, and she delivers a fantastic performance on every single mission we send her out on.

“THE HERO”

Dedicated to those people who have flown in the face of adversity or been made to dress as a banana when everyone else was a Storm Trooper.

WINNER: Amos

Amos came into our world last Autumn in the run up to Christmas and instantly understood the Ministry way. She over-delivered for clients with everything she did. Other performers love her, and so do we!

“PERFORMERS CHOICE”

As chosen by their fellow Ministers who are out on the ground with them on so many activations and events.

WINNER: Adam Shorey

Adam is ever popular among his fellow Ministers because of his positive attitude and energy. He is a total joy to be around and work with.

“BE MORE GORDY”

In memory of the legend that was Gordon Maxwell, this is an award for the person who has lifted your spirits, been a shining light, an example on a rainy day or just generally had great energy and warmth. We are blessed with many people who do exactly that.
