Death Of The Estate Agent

A guerrilla campaign deep in the heart of London? We do love a challenge!

easyProperty.com wanted to create a New Orleans-style funeral parade to commemorate the death of the high street estate agent. And we were only too happy to help out.

A large team of MOF Performers in 80’s style suits, mobile phones and hairdos, led a marching jazz band and horse-drawn hearse full of bespoke signage. Our guerrilla campaign began with a press call at BBC Broadcasting House. After which we paraded through Mayfair onto Piccadilly Circus and down Whitehall. We then crossed over Westminster Bridge and finished at the London Eye with photographers snapping every step of the way.

The parade was seen by thousands of members of public on pavements and in vehicles across London. Additionally, our route took us directly past the doorsteps of over 170 high street estate agents – all of whom, we’re pleased to report, were very unhappy to see us.

Socials and Trade Media carried imagery and articles respectively; and the policemen at Piccadilly Circus applauded.
