Brief

Cake PR asked us to produce a large experiential campaign across London over several days, resulting in the giveaway of 100 pairs of Vueling Airlines flights.

There were to be photoshoots and activities in lots of locations, with performers, installations, plenty of engagement – and quite a few pairs of bright yellow wings.

What we did

We created a number of ‘Vueling wings’ which were designed to be worn by our performers and placed at iconic landmarks of varying sizes all over London.

We organised 4 photoshoots, 7 installation locations and mounted 162 sets of wings on sites across town.

A team of 30 Ministers costumed as Grenadier Guards entertained the public and posed for thousands of photos.

Results

4 days of widespread experiential activity gave Vueling Airlines a massive uplift in social media engagement. The upswing in brand awareness generated thousands of tweets, video views and Facebook posts.

#FindVuelingWings trended, our Vueling guards entertained thousands of members of the public … and 100 people won free flights.
