We were approached by Frank PR to design and build two separate interactive installations for Royal British Legion to commemorate Remembrance Day. At Westquay Shopping Centre in Southampton and the Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading. The installations remained in place for a twelve day period.

Brief

What we did
We created an interactive Union Jack installation at the Oracle . The middle section of the flag was left white. This enabled the public to attach their own poppy in remembrance. Over the course of the installation the public completed the flag successfully.
At Westquay Shopping Centre in Southampton, the installation was a visual spectacle. We created a replica of a Spitfire plane with a wingspan of 5 metres. The plane was completely covered in poppies and welcomed visitors to pay their respects ahead of Remembrance Sunday.
