Brief

To launch Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Cider we transformed the basement at Old Street Records into an interactive event for press to be introduced to the exciting new drink.

The venue needed to be themed around the Jack Daniels brand and have interactive gaming areas with bespoke features.

The aim of the activity was to create a buzz for the press around the launch and gain media coverage for the brand.

What we did

We designed and custom built three areas of the venue which each contained a different bespoke game.  We created Jack Daniel’s branded archery, mini golf and basketball.

We also created 100 black apples which were sent out as unique event invitations.

Highlights

  • Over the evening, sixty guests enjoyed numerous games, challenges and cider samples
  • The event was also used to capture images for press and marketing use
  • The product was featured in the Mirror online and trade media
  • Great coverage was gained across Jack Daniel’s social media channels
  • Over 400 bottles of cider were consumed
  • No apples were hurt in the production of this activity
