Landsec Landscape Design

Landsec were looking for a full landscape design solution to renovate their existing rooftop space. We totally transformed it into a relaxing, go-to garden destination which encouraged people to return to their offices, giving them a comfortable space to unwind. This space was informally dubbed ‘The Hive’ due to the ‘buzz’ surrounding its plethora of ongoing events and we used this as the inspiration for the overall design.

We looked after all logistics and planning, allowing the Landsec Experience team to concentrate on delivering their programme. We managed:

• The overall design of the rooftop garden
• Creation of bespoke tables, branded seating and themed planters
• Design and construction of lockable huts, canopies, bench seating and weather-resistant staging
• Installation of a bespoke pergola (12.6m x 5m x 3.2m) complete with UV protective roofing

Post-pandemic, Covid safety was at the forefront of all our planning to ensure that the rooftop could be enjoyed all year round.
